The roster below belongs to this cycle. The starred one is active: its planner board feeds the kiosk schedule, and badge scans are recorded against it.
How badge scans are judged, by the server clock (Chicago time). A scan by the 1st Log cutoff plus grace counts as on time; later is late. Lunch and Dinner scans only count within 2 hours after their cutoff. The cycle calendar comes first: when today's planner board has a “Lunch” or “Dinner” block, its start time is the cutoff — the times below only apply on days the calendar doesn't say.
The Google Sheet national reporting reads. Scans flow into it automatically every 15 minutes (via the bridge script in the clock-in Apps Script project) — this link keeps it one click away.
Click the badge field and tap the badge on the reader — it types itself. The badge is the same card the inventory uses for laptop checkouts.
