Drag workshops onto the fixed skeleton

Drag a card from the shelf onto any day. Drag placed blocks to move them, pull the bottom edge to resize, hit × (or drag a block back to the shelf) to send it back. Red means it collides with the skeleton or another workshop. Colors are workshop categories. Your layout autosaves in this browser. When the week looks right, pick the Monday it starts and export an .ics file straight into Outlook. The two shaded bars down the left of each day mark who is on shift — see the legend below the grid. Wednesday and Friday are tinted because they run virtual. Exporting writes an .ics you can re-import later with Import .ics to pick the board back up.

Cycle period

A cycle is always 14 weeks. Holidays below are published to the calendar; the ones marked blocked have no workshops scheduled on them.

Business holds

The fixed structure of a normal week. Edits apply to this cycle, sync to the whole team, and update the calendar. Hard block means nothing can be scheduled over it.

Everything that has happened to this cycle's calendar, newest first. A publish is completed once a later sync found nothing left to do.
